Lovely antique “tourbillon” or swirl ring in 750/000 yellow gold. It is set with a central old-cut diamond of approximately 0.65 carats and surrounded by eighteen small rose-cut diamonds. The diamonds are set in white gold to increase their sparkle, the effect is stunning!
